The Chieftain range of mobile incline screens are designed for the processing of aggregates and sand. Within the range there is a model to suit every application, from the legendary Chieftain 1400 through to the behemoth Chieftain 2200 double screen model which is available in double deck and triple deck varieties. All Chieftain machines are designed to be easily transported, set-up, operated and maintained, while giving excellent tonnages of on-spec material. Models include the Powerscreen Chieftain 400, Chieftain 600, Chieftain 1400, Chieftain 1700, Chieftain 2100X, and Chieftain 2200.

The Warrior range is high capacity, heavy duty, versatile machines capable of screening and separating a wide variety of material in the most difficult and demanding of applications including recycling, aggregates, compost, topsoil, coal, construction and demolition waste and iron ore. Models include the Powerscreen Warrior 600, Warrior 800, Warrior 1400X, Warrior 1800, Warrior 2100, and Warrior 2400.

The Powertrack is a high capacity heavy duty mobile scalping and conveying unit. Built to withstand the rigors of handling materials like rock or demolition concrete, this machine is equally at home when fine screening down to 1/4” product size. The product design allows the machine to operate in very confined spaces and the high mobility with remote / radio controlled track operation helps to minimize set up time. Models include the Powertrak 800.

Komptech’s heavy duty trommel equipment was born out of the dirt and topsoil market and is designed for economical operation. Each machine is built to withstand the heavy rock and abrasive material found in topsoil. The drum screens rotating action break up the clods of dirt and rock. Komptech Trommel Screen models include the electric Komptech Cribus 2800E, Cribus 2800E, Cribus 5000E as well as the hydraulic Nemus 2700, Joker and Primus.

Star Screens have the ultimate flexibility in determining output product sizes. This is because the product size is infinitely adjustable depending on the speed of the stars. The organics market often requires multiple products at multiple sizes. Star screens become much more cost effective for this application. Additionally, Star Screens are designed to handle wet material. Komptech Star Screen models include the Multistar S3, Multistar L3, XL3, and XXL2.

The range of Handy Screens include self-contained portable primary scalper and heavy-duty abrasion resistant grizzly/punch plate top deck. MGL Handy Screens models include the Handy Screen EX, EX1 and EX2.

Rip Rap Plants have historically been custom designed and built per customers’ specifications, but some standard features and specifications include 12-row 48” wobble feeder (primary fines scalper), heavy-duty chutes for 4 products, 3-axle chassis and electric or hydraulic drive.

Our strong manufacturer relationships enable Power Screening to provide only the highest quality, durable mobile screening equipment to our customer base.
